H-16 Insulator Model

Description

The H-16 Insulator Model is an insulated steel overhead sectional door developed to meet the needs of today’s heated buildings. This rugged, heavy-duty product has an R-value of 16 and high speed production ensures fast delivery times for new projects or replacement parts. This model is a typical commercial model, however, it may also be used for residential applications. The H-16 Insulator Model is available in a white or brown finish, however, custom colors are also available for an upgrade.

• Standard sections heights available in 21” or 24” high
• Full view sections available up to 24’-2” wide
• Foamed-in-place construction – CFC free
• 1 ¾” thickness
• Exterior skins 26 gauge hot dipped galvanized steel
• Siliconized polyester white, stucco embossed, wood grain finish
• Built-in reinforcing plates for hardware attachment
• R-value: 16
• End caps – galvanized steel
• Shadow lines add strength and attractive pattern
• White or brown finish – custom colors available for an upgrade
• 5-year warranty on sections against delamination 1-year warranty on all remaining parts (track, springs and hardware)

Rollers:

• Heavy duty ball bearings with hardened inner race

Window Lites:

• 24” x 12”, 24” x 8” or full vision sections up to 24’-2” wide
• Extruded aluminum sections of welded construction provide 1⁄8”, ¼”, 7⁄16”, or 1” thick insulated glass
• Hurricane glass / welded aluminum full vision sections containing 9⁄16” thick solid laminated hurricane glass

• Arm-R-Tite galvanized 2” or 3” track
