Excellent. Sales guy was no frills, just gave us brochures of what we were looking for with straight forward pricing of the different options. Installation by one guy, which was impressive, and it works beautifully. Only downside was after ordering the door, I waiting two weeks for someone to call about scheduling. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Do no waste time with West Shore windows and doors. It’s a two hour drug out sales pitch for prices that are much higher and very few details.

The service tech Chris was prompt, called to say he was on his way. He was polite and did his job replacing garage door. The driveway was so icy even though i had put pellets down. After he was finished with his work, he graciously helped bringing in the trash can and getting my car back in the garage.

If companies had more people like him, the world would be a much better place. He definitely deserves a commendation and a raise.
